The Rebel features carbon fiber inserts that provide enhanced structural support, reduce the need for polystyrene foam, and ensure the helmet's minimal weight. The result of this innovative approach is a helmet that is lighter, more compact, and equipped with larger vents for improved airflow—all without compromising safety. With 22 precisely positioned ventilation openings, it ensures optimal airflow, keeping cyclists as cool as possible even in the most demanding summer conditions. The helmet’s front ventilation openings and rear spoiler, known as the Airframe Band, are designed to direct air over the head for effective cooling. In line with Rudy Project’s commitment to environmental protection, the helmet is made from recycled polycarbonate, and the straps and padding are also made from recycled materials. The Rebel helmet weighs just 249 grams in size M. It also boasts a new design of straps and Ergo under-ear buckles for superior comfort, along with the Fidlock magnetic buckle system for quick and secure fastening. A bug net and additional padding enhance comfort and versatility. The RS Micro 11 rear adjustment system is highly precise and micrometric, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit, significantly enhancing safety.

The helmet meets stringent testing requirements of RP Rotational Impact Testing and safety standards CPSC and CE/EN 1078, providing cyclists with excellent protection against direct and rotational impacts for safer riding.
