Delivery information - large volume EU

  • Delivery within Slovenia is free for all orders over 80 EUR. For orders under 80 EUR, the delivery cost is 5 EUR and is uniform across the entire territory of Slovenia.
  • Delivery within the EU is free for all orders over 200 EUR. For orders under 200 EUR, the delivery cost is 9 EUR and is uniform across the entire EU.
  • EU Exceptions:
    Delivery of bicycles valued up to 1789€ costs 39€ for Italy. Delivery of bicycles valued above 1789€ is free for Italy.
    Delivery of electric bicycles valued up to 3598€ costs 59€ for Italy. Delivery of electric bicycles valued above 3598€ is free for Italy.
    Delivery of bicycles and electric bicycles valued up to 5998€ costs 190€ for the EU (excluding Italy and Croatia). Delivery of bicycles and electric bicycles valued above 5998€ is free for the EU.
    Delivery of children’s bikes costs 29€ for Italy and 39€ for the rest of the EU (excluding Croatia).
    Delivery of balance bikes costs 19€ for Italy and 29€ for the rest of the EU (excluding Croatia).
    Delivery of Thule roof boxes costs 39€ for Croatia, 49€ for Italy, and 190€ for the rest of the EU.

  • The delivery of ordered goods is executed by our contracting partner DPD d.o.o (Tel nr.: +386 1 513 23 00).
  • All orders will be shipped the same or the next working day (under the condition, the items are in stock). Estimated delivery time within Slovenia and Croatia is 1-2 working days (additional 1 day for Croatian islands) and 3-5 working days for deliveries within EU territory.
  • Shipping is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and on holidays. In case you have any special requests you are kindly asked to note them down in the section ‘’comments’’ located at the bottom of the order.
  • Shipping is limited to the EU countries. Delivery is done to the address you have stated with your registration or order. In case you are not at home at the delivery time, the deliverer will arrange with you another time of delivery without extra cost.
  • In case we run out of stock, we will let you know immediately and suggest other similar products or will let you know of the possible delivery time for the ordered items.
  • It is also possible to collect the ordered products personally at our shop, Extreme Vital, Puštal 101, 4220 Škofja Loka. The delivery of products is limited for EU.
