Rental equipment- frequently asked questions

1. How do I select a rental date?

After choosing the place of rent and return by clicking on the Select date, the page automatically offers the fastest possible rental period. You can change this by clicking on any available date. The first click is the rental date, and the second click chooses the return date. If the selected returning date is not possible, the return date is transferred to the first possible date (see rent conditions). Once the desired period is selected, confirm it by clicking on the Confirm button. Rent is however not possible  just on Saturday or just on the day before the holiday.

2. Why is the place of rent already selected?

The location of the pick up is automatically selected, where the desired item can be picked as soon as possible, on the page, according to the selected item. Of course, the location of the pick up may be changed anyway, but in the case of another location as originally proposed, the pick up date will be delayed by two days.

3. What do I need to rent an item?

A valid personal document and a credit card is needed.

4. What is the case with pickup or return on Saturdays?

An item can be picked up from 9 AM on Saturday. An item can be returned by 12 PM. It is not possible however to rent an item only for Saturday (possible only in combo with Sunday - weekend rent).

5. Why do I have to pay 20€ upon online reservation?

For all items avaiable for rent there is a 20€ advance credit card payment necessary upon online reservation (in 3rd step of the reservation procedure). The amount is refunded to the customer's account after payment of the rent &  picking up the item in the shop. Valid only for bike rent.

6. Where can I pick up the reserved article?

The item you reserved can be picked up in one of our shop in Škofja Loka, Ljubljana or Radovljica.
