The whole new Garmin Instinct 2 Solar represents the most durable and reliable GPS watch built to withstand the toughest environments. It was constructed to U.S. military standard 810G for thermal, shock and water resistance (rated to 100 meters). The fiber-reinforced polymer case adds strength and durability, and the chemically-strengthened, scratch-resistant display is high-contrast enough to read in bright sunlight, so you can take it with you into the extremes you face every day. Plus, the fully vented silicone bands include two independent, removable keeper loops to ensure a secure fit and to keep you from getting caught on things.     Baterija zdrži dolgo. Črno bel ekran je zelo razločen. Ponuja številne možnosti uporabe. Ura je robustna. Merjenja srčnega utripa na zapestju so enaka kot s prsnim trakom in napravo Garmin Edge 830. Priporočam nakup.

    Ura je super in več kot izpolni vsa moja pričakovanja in potrebe po športni uri. Je izredno trpežna. Predvsem pa ima izredno dolgo avtonomijo baterije, s solarnim polnjenjem pa se ta še podaljšuje. To mi je zelo pomembno. Je pa res, da pri redni uporabi s solarnim polnjenjem baterije ne napolniš kaj dosti. Tako, da višja cena tega dodatka nekako težko odtehta. Je pa to že moja 2. ura Instinct. Prvo sem menjal po 5ih letih in še sedaj deluje vrhunsko, tudi avtonomija baterije je povsem ustrezna...na učinkovitosti ni izgubila prav veliko. Sedaj jo uporablja sin in je navdušen :) Ima pa ta novi model Instinct 2 veliko več funkcij kot 1. model kar me je prepričalo za nakup. Prst gor :)
    Moje mnenje je, da je Garmin z linijo Instinct zadel v polno. Robusten dizajn, odpornost na zunanje dejavnike, funkcije dražjih Garminovih ur in nižja cena od teh modelov. Zaslona na dotik jaz osebno sploh ne pogrešam...imam veliko raje funkcijske tipke, ki odreagirajo vedno :)

    Odlična in robustna ura z veliko funkcinalnostjo. Za tiste, ki ne potrebujejo energijsko potratnega barvnega touch screena. Baterija zaradi klasičnega ekrana, ob normalni uporabi, zdrži do 1 meseca. Uro sem preizkusil pri teku, plavanju in smučanju. Pri teku in smučanju so bile meritve dolžine, lokacije in višinske razlike zelo natančne. Pri plavanju v bazenu pa včasih pride do napake za celotno dolžino bazena.
