The Technica Mach Boa HV 120 is a high-performance ski boot for those seeking a dialed In, precision fit in a supportive 120-flex boot. Featuring a high-volume, anatomically shaped lower shell designed specifically to work with the BOA Fit System, the MachBOA 120 provides unparalleled comfort infused with Tecnica’s performance ethos, making it the one boot you need to ski at your best from first chair to the closing bell. Personalized fit is priority number one in the Mach BOA and Custom Adaptive Shape C.A.S. technology is the way to achieve it. Developed with an anatomically shaped shell, the C.A.S. technology provides a great fit right out of the box but allows the boots to be customized if needed. Ski it all and ski it well.
C.A.S. Shell technology is anatomically shaped and marries perfectly with the liners. The dimples on the shell serve as a roadmap for problem-fit areas and are easy to customize if needed. The anatomical shape provides a great out-of-the-box fit with the ability to be easily customized for problem fit areas. This is achieved with the following customization techniques: PUNCHING (increase material - Polyether material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas) and GRINDING (increase volume - The shell can be grindable in problem fit areas). Better fit equals comfort, warmth, and performance!

- Custom Adaptive Shape (C.A.S.) shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.
- The BOA® Fit System provides a performance fit engineered to enhance feel, and responsiveness while reducing pressure points by incrementally modulating the Alpine boot closure with precise micro-adjustments for a perfect fit. Uniform wrap delivers superior heel hold and edge-to-edge control and is engineered to perform and give you confidence in the toughest conditions.
- N.F.S. Liner - anatomically pre-shaped internal padding is custom thermoformable with hot air. Extra thick soft padding offers comfort and warmth.
- Quick instep utilizes softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot.
