Tecnica Mach Sport 100 HV, designed for intermediate skiers with high volume feet or larger overall frames, stands for comfort, warmth and convenience. Featuring double Quick-Instep and Lift-Lock buckles for easy entry and exit and a N.F.S. liner for support, comfort and warmth. Built on a very anatomical, high volume, 103 mm wide last the HV 100 is the ideal choice for people with wider feet who are looking for a very comfortable and solid performing boot to ski longer and have more fun. The anatomically sculpted C.A.S. Shell give you an impressive out-of-the-box fit to take your skiing to the next level. This boot is a go-to for a wide range of skiers.
C.A.S. Shell technology is anatomically shaped and marries perfectly with the liners. The dimples on the shell serve as a roadmap for problem fit areas and are easy to customize if needed. The anatomical shape provides a great out-of-the box fit with the ability to be easily customized for problem fit areas. This is achieved with the following customization techniques: PUNCHING (increase material - Polyether material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas) and GRINDING (increase volume - The shell can be grindabled in problem fit areas). Better fit equals comfort, warmth and performance!

- Custom Adaptive Shape (C.A.S.) shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.
- N.F.S. Liner - anatomically pre-shaped internal padding is custom thermoformable with hot air. Extra thick soft padding offers comfort and warmth.
- C.A.S. Cuff Adapt - Thermoforming carbon system - thermal cover activated by carbon fiber resistors heats the cuff and liner. Once the set temperature has been reached, the material easily adapts to the shape of the lower leg. Fibercarbon heating system - 8 minutes at 80° C and upper cuff and liner collar are thermoformed simultaneously
- Double Quick instep - Features a softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot. No more struggling to get in and out of your ski boots!
- Lift Lock Buckles - The innovative Lift Lock mechanism holds the buckle away from the boot. A flick of the lever releases the buckle when you are ready to buckle up. Ultimate convenience - no buckles catching while you are trying to get in or out of the boots. Super easy, simple and fast.
