Odličen aparat za uporabo po treningu - regeneracija, kakor tudi za krepitev mišic - 6 pack. Enostaven za uporabo. Najbolj navdušen sem bil, ko sem ugotovil, da lahko kanale za elektrode sinhroniziram in moč nastavljam na enem kanalu s pritiskom tipke "i."
Aparat sprva kupljen za regeneracijo in krepitev mišic. Po poškodbi - padcu s kolesom - prišel prav tudi kot pripomoček za hitrejše okrevanje. Enakega namreč uporabljajo na fizioterapiji. Okrevanje sem tako pohitril z izvajanjem terapije doma po navodilih fizioterapevta.

Mišični elektrostimulator Compex SP 4.0 je bil sprva namenjen za rehabilitacijo (tens) po poškodbi tetive. Kasneje sem rednim treningom dodajal še programe za krepitev mišic in masaže.
Rezultati se ob redni uporabi vidni že po 14 dneh. Compex ima odlično podporo na njihovi internetni strani, po nakupu pa si lahko tudi za eno leto podaljšamo garancijo z registracijo.
Vsekakor priporočam nakup. -
