The Gea utilizes Pebax Rnew: a sustainable, plant-based material that is planet-friendly - in both the Lambda Frame shell and Thor cuff while still providing high torsional rigidity, air ventilation, and 60-degree range of motion. The HRS strap keeps your heel planted where it should be to increase performance and comfort on the way up and down while the lower Wave Closure system provides the same security as a 2-buckle system at a fraction of the weight. POSEBNE POGODNOSTI IZNAJMLJIVANJA:

U slučaju kupnje novog proizvoda iz kategorije iznajmljivanja u roku od 6 mjeseci od iznajmljivanja, uplaćeni iznos za iznajmljivanje se vraća klijentu* kako slijedi:

• za sjedalo za bicikle do iznosa 30 €
• za skije do iznosa 50 €
• za bicikl do iznosa 150 €
• za krovni šator do iznosa 30 €
• za sat do iznosa 20 €

*za vraćanje iznosa zajma potreban je račun

UVJETI IZNAMLJIVANJA: 

1. Iznajmljivanje nije moguće dovršiti u subotu ili posljednji dan prije odmora.
2. U slučaju iznajmljivanja za subotu, nedjelja se računa u svakom slučaju i obrnuto.
3. U slučaju zajma posljednjeg radnog dana prije blagdana, iznos zajma se uvijek naplaćuje do i uključujući posljednji dan odmora.
4. Nedjeljom i za vrijeme praznika nije moguće iznajmiti i vratiti stvari za iznajmljivanje.
5. Iznajmljivanje artikla s izuzetkom početka zajma u ponedjeljak ili prvog dana nakon blagdana, moguće dan prije prvog dana uplaćenog zajma nakon 17:00 sati.
6. U slučaju zajma u ponedjeljak ili prvog dana nakon blagdana, artikl se može uzeti na dan posudbe nakon 9:00.
7. Povrat artikla mora biti izvršen najkasnije do 12:00 sati nakon dana na koji je kredit uplaćen, u protivnom se naplaćuje dodatni dan zajma.
8. Klijent mora predati osobni dokument za iznajmljivanje.
9. Predmet se može rezervirati u uredu uz avansno plaćanje najma (plaća se broj dana najma).
10. Za iznajmljivanje, klijent mora platiti kreditnom karticom.
11. Za online rezervaciju potrebno je izvršiti online kupnju kreditnom karticom u iznosu od 20 EUR za sve artikle. Iznos se vraća na račun klijenta nakon uplate kredita preuzimanjem artikla u poslovnici.
12. Otkazivanje zajma i povrat avansa moguće je najkasnije 72 sata prije rezerviranog datuma zajma.
13. Korištenje posuđenog artikla je na vlastitu odgovornost!
14. Dodatna dva dana naplaćuju se za svaki dan kašnjenja u povratu artikla.
15. Ako kupac kasni s povratom artikla više od pet dana, PR, d.o.o. naplati osobni račun i kreditnu karticu klijenta i prijaviti otuđenje artikla policijskim vlastima.
16. U slučaju da kupac vrati oštećeni predmet, a šteta nije posljedica uobičajene uporabe, kupac je zadužen za popravak artikla prema važećem cjeniku PR, d.o.o.
17. U slučaju oštećenja ili gubitka iznajmljenog bicikla / opreme, korisnik je odgovoran za štetu do maksimalno 80% maloprodajne cijene posuđenog artikla. Korisnik se izričito slaže da se njegov osobni račun naplaćuje putem kreditne kartice do iznosa troškova štete koju procijeni uzajmljivač.
18. Klijentu se vraća polog u slučaju vraćanja neoštećenog artikla.
19. Rezervisani artikal može se preuzeti u trgovini Extreme Vital Škofja Loka, Ljubljana ili Radovljica.
