Thule 995 Outway Hanging 3 is a premium rear mounted bike carrier that a provides robust attachment system and fits a wide range of vehicles. The OutWay 2 gives you the ability to carry up to three bicycles that are secured by attaching two straps onto the top crossbar of your bike along with Thule's all new anti-sway system designed to limit the movement and contact between your bikes.
