The K2 Maysis was designed to perform like a workhorse and fit like a glove, and its feature-forward design has it ranked as a perennial bestseller. It’s success starts with a heat-moldable Intuition® liner, made of open-cell Intuition® foam - allowing the liner to form to the exact shape of your leg, ankle, and foot for superior fit, warmth, and comfort. The secret to the award-winning fit is the Conda™ liner lacing system, that is powered by a BOA® Fit System dial. The forgiving and adjustable urethane-based harness is designed to pull the user's heel into the boot's heel pocket. It hugs your ankle and flexes naturally.

On the outside, an articulating cuff reduces distortion when bending the knee, and an abrasion-resistant rubber compound brings unrelenting durability. A high-powered BOA® Fit System H4 Coiler closes the shell securely and can be done without ever removing your gloves. Lastly, to add durability and maintain the boot's flex over the boot's lifetime, K2 constructed the K2 Maysis using their Endo™ technology. Underfoot, premium materials improve damping and grip. The outsole is built using K2's proprietary This Grips!™ dual-rubber compound to provide excellent grip both on and off the snow. This is all set atop a dual-density midsole comprised of a lightweight EVA and our the Harshmellow™ foam, designed to dampen vibration on rough terrain and cushion big landings.

• The H4 Coiler BOA® Fit System with TX3 lacing focuses on the instep of the boot. A cable and reel based lacing system that creates even tension and easy lacing operation. This system features low friction guides for even tightening. It generates unrivaled heel hold and creates a secure fit for quick edge response. The TX3 lace provides a softer, more flexible look similar to the characteristics of a traditional lace but the superior closure of a BOA® system.
• BOA® Conda™ Liner lacing - Liner tightening that dials in fit and heel hold. Proprietary liner lacing system that uses a urethane harness to gently hug your ankle, creating unrivaled heel hold and support.
• Endo™ 2.0 Heel Counter - An injected heel counter offers us the ability to provide a lighter weight snowboard boot with more precise rebound, and a longer life-cycle. It helps retain the boot’s original flex, response, rebound and shape throughout the lifespan of the boot without giving additional weight 
• Rubber Reinforced Articulating Cuff Upper - Long-lasting durability meets articulation around the flex point of the boots to shell distortion, retain shape, and eliminate heel lift. Abrasion resistant reinforced outsole rubber is placed in areas of high stress to extend the life of the boot and increase durability.
• Intuition® Control Foam 3D Liner - The most versatile liner in the K2 Snowboarding line, built with a blend of high and medium-density intuition foam, the Control Foam 3D liner is built to provide all-day comfort and support.
• Internal and external J-Bars with Cored Ankle Pockets - Adding J-Bars to a liner helps add structure and reduce heel lift, while coring liners out around the ankle bones reduces pressure points in sensitive regions.
• S’Cafe™ Coffee Mesh - A post-consumer recycled coffee ground mesh liner layer that controls odor and absorbs moisture.
• This Grips™ Rubber outsole - new premium dual-density rubber outsole featuring K2’s proprietary This Grips!™ compound. Taking inspiration from modern skate footwear, this new cupsole outsole features a rounded heel for less drag while hiking, a wrapped arch for support and stability, & vibration damping Harshmellow™ in the heel and forefoot.
• Harshmellow™ vibration damping - a magical dampening system that replaces industry standard foam dampening materials. Harshmellow™ dampens the specific target vibration for each product and works to provide a more “quiet” feel underfoot, reduce vibration from impact, and reduce fatigue to create the smoothest ride imaginable.
