  1. How do I register?

    You can click -> HERE, or start the registration process during checkout procedure. You will have to provide an e-mail address. We will use this e-mail addres as our main communication channel with you, providing info on your orders etc.

     

  2. How can I get a pro-forma invoice?

    The easiest way to get a pro-forma invoice is to simply select your items and proceed to complete checkout procedure, selecting 'bank transfer' payment option. Until payment, the order has a status of informational nature and it does not bind you to a purchase.

    Your order will be processed imeediately in such a way, that the items in the order will be reserved for you until the invoice expiration. As soon as the payment is received, the items will be dispathched immediately.

    You will be informed of the reception of the payment via e-mail as well as other steps in the order process.

  3. How do I know the product is in stock?

    On every product page there is a table on the bottom right side called "Available options" and there you can find all the information in stock status for the product:

    - icon indicates, that the product / product option is in stock in store, listed above in the same column. It means that the item is immediately dispatchable
     
    - icon indicates, that the product / product option is not in stock at the selected store, it is however in stock at on of our other stores and inmost cases it can be arranged to transport the desired product to a store of your choice.
     
    - icon indicates, that thethe product / product option is currently not in stock in that store, but it is available for ordering. The estimated delivery time for thi product is indicated under column "availability".
    OnLine column always show green icon, this means, that the product can be ordered OnLine, and delivery time is usually not longer than 14-21 days. All of the items on displah in our OnLine store are avaialable for ordering.

  4. Some products we do not advertise with „cash price“. What does “promotional price” stand for?

    In some cases we advertise only suggested retail prices with no additional discounts.

    In case your product is advertised only with full retail price and a text “call for a promotional price”, please give us a ring and you shall receive a promotional discount on advertised retail price.

    Discounts vary depends on the type of payment you shall choose.

  5. What are the shipping costs?

    Cost of delivery within Slovenia and Croatia is FREE for orders over 80 EUR and 5 EUR for orders under 80 EUR.

     

    Cost of delivery within EU is FREE for orders over 200 EUR and 9 EUR for orders under 200 EUR.

  6. When will the package be delivered?

    The delivery of ordered goods is executed by our contracting partner DPD d.o.o (Tel nr.: +386 1 513 23 00).

    All orders will be shipped the same or the next working day (under the condition, the items are in stock). Estimated delivery time within Slovenia and Croatia is 1-2 working days (additional 1 day for Croatian islands) and 3-5 working days for deliveries within EU territory.
     
    You can expect delivery not later than 3:00 PM. You will be informed of more precise delivery time via SMS message.
     
    Shipping is not available on Saturdays, Sundays and on holidays. In case you have any special requests you are kindly asked to note them down in the section ‘’comments’’ located at the bottom of the order.
     

  7. Can I have the package delivered to my workplace?

    Yes of course, in the first step of the checkout procedure, click on the button

     

  8. When, and where do I enter promotional codes?

    You can enter a promotional code at any moment of your visit to our webshop, either you have items in your cart or not or either you are logged in or not (except in the case of cutomer-related promotional codes).

    You can currently enter the codes at the bottom of the shopping cart page (click), below the chosen products:

  9. I have entered a promotional code and it doesn't 'work', what is wrong?

    Extreme Vital webshop utilizes a variety of promotional codes, roughly dividing into two main groups:

     

    1. product promotional codes, giving you additional discount (percentual or fixed amount) on specific products or product combinations
    2. order promotional codes, giving you additional discount (percentual or fixed amount) on your complete order
     
    Validity of the promotional codes usually is time-limited, some of the codes are customer-related.
     
    If you enter an expired promotional code, or a code that is not bound to your customer account, or is not valid fot whatewer other reason, a message, explaining the reason will show in red background, as shown in the image below:
     
     
    When you enter a valid promotional code, it will show on the list of the entered codes, as shown below: 
     
     
     
    From the moment, you succesfully enter a promotional code, the prices in the shopping cart will show reduced prices (in case of a promotional codes), according to the the code.
     
    Vast majority of the codes used in our webshop are so called combinations codes, related to a predefined combinations of products (e.g. pants & shirts). In this case, you have to have both linked products in your shopping cart in order to discount to 'kick in'. 
     
    So, if you entered a valid code, and the discounts are not showing yet in your cart, you most likely don't have the right combination of products in your cart.

  10. Where are the shops located?

  11. How can I redeem my gift voucher online?

    Very simple! After an online purchase you'll receive a printed gift voucher with a 10 character code, which you, or the person the voucher is for, enters into the input field at the shopping cart page and click on the "Use code" button:

     

    After submitting, the code is added to the list of entered codes and its value is immediatelly calculated into the total:

     

    Once you have entered the code, you can then freely continue to shop around or proceed to checkout...
