Extreme Vital benefits card: Terms of use

The Vital benefits card is intended for all of you - our loyal customers. Each purchase, regardless of the type of payment (cash, credit cards...), will be added to the basis for calculating the benefits (* only exception are Giant bikes which are always available with SPECIAL OFFER pricing and test and rent equipement ).

Twice per year, we will sum up the amount of all purchases in the preceding period, which will from the basis to calculate the value of benefits and you will be sent a gift voucher.

Buy for less!

Everyone, who will surpass the total amount of purchases of at least 300.00 Euros in a single accounting period, will receive a gift voucher in the value of 2% of the total sum of all purchases in the past period.

Purchases made from March 1 to August 31 of the current year will be recorded to the first accounting period.

Purchases made from September 1 of the previous year to February 28 of the current year will be recorded in the second accounting period.

Cardholders will also be entitled to special offers and discounted prices, prepared specially for the cardholders.

The system is very simple –you present your Vital Card (or provide your membership number to the salesman), with every purchase so that we can record the amount of your purchase.

Acquiring the Vital card of benefits is simple:

You can get your card by logging onto our website, make your registration and fill in the form. You will instantly receive an email containing the Vital Card of Benefits. Kartico pridobite tako, da:

You will receive an email with all the details. Print out this email on your printer and bring it to our store on your next visit. If you do not have a printer, we will gladly print it out in our store on your next visit and get it laminated. 

Using the card:

With every purchase in our store present the card or tell the salesman your membership number and the amount of your purchase will be recorded. For this, a personal document must be presented. If buying in our online store, your purchases will be recorded upon your registration.

So, no matter whether you are buying, either in one of our stores or at our online store, your purchases will add up.

The use of credit:

After the end of each accounting period, you will be sent an e-mail message with the gift voucher. The balance of your credit can also be checked at any time in our shop.

The voucher is redeemable within 6 months from the date of issue.

Other general rules of Vital benefits card:

  1. The card is free; it is equipped with an identification number and is not transferable.
  2. Card issuer undertakes to use personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of personal data Law and will not provide it to third parties.
  3. The card holder agrees to the use of their personal data for the purposes of communication, for information, which we estimate to be of interest to our customers.
  4. The issuer reserves the right to change benefits. All changes are publicly available on the point of sale and on the website www.extremevital.com.
  5. All the benefits from a lost or stolen card are transferred to the new card. The old card is blocked.
  6. The card holder can at any time unsubscribe the card use through our website.
