No need to change the fork, all you need to do is flip a shock mount chip, change your wheels and off you go. The flip chip allows to maintain a similar BB height when switching from one wheel size to the other which is key to keeping handling similar for both wheel sizes. Great when you have more than just one kid - you can easily switch between 24" and 26", while they are growing up.

Built to handle aggressive downhill riding, the SCOTT Ransom 600 is a capable bike, able to handle those trails when asked, with suspension optimized for lightweight riders, and big 11-speed Deore drivetrain, your kid will have most fun and exciting ride experience.
