It features a pair of aluminum eyelets for hanging the wrap from the headrest of a car's front seat, just as you've seen in the various support cars in races like the Tour de France. A couple of strong Velcro® strips is added for a secure closure, keeping your tools where you want them. The wrap features a few elastic straps for fitting odd sized tools and it also includes a couple extra small pockets along the side for small part storage like quick-links, electrical tape, and so on.
