The binding is composed of two parts. One part is attached to your board, while the other, like a regular binding, is mounted on your snowboard boot. The highback is sturdy yet lightweight, designed not to hinder you while walking. When you step with your boot and the upper part of the binding into the lower part, it locks in place. Thanks to the patented locking mechanism, Clew Freedom 1.0 works even when the binding is covered with snow or ice. To exit the binding, you just pull the red lever. The mechanism opens, the highback releases, and you can immediately step out of the ski binding. The binding is made from strong plastic reinforced with glass fibers, making it responsive and suitable for versatile all-mountain use - be it on the slopes, off-piste, or in the park.

CLEW bindings intentionally retain the traditional binding construction with buckles and straps. This maintains an unparalleled riding experience and allows you to feel secure in every situation. Plus, you can completely customize the binding to your needs and preferences.
