They provide excellent cushioning, durable protection and stability. The new model has even more foam, so is softer and lighter than previous versions. Packed with 2 more millimetres of new DNA LOFT v2,  the Cascadia 16 will be softer and lighter, allowing you to be more comfortable on your favourite trail. The Cascadia 16 also has better adaptability to different terrains with added grooves to the midsole and the protective Balistic Rock plate making this shoe extremely versatile. Finished with a TrailTrak rubber outsole, Gaiter tab, and lace keeper storage, the Brooks Cascadia 16 has everything runners look for in a trail shoe that needs to handle any condition.
