Thanks to the new responsive foam in the midsole, the shoe delivers a softer and more energetic stride, ensuring comfort on both short and long runs. The upper part of the shoe is designed with a focus on maximum flexibility and breathability. The heel interior is generously padded for additional support, while the heel exterior is equipped with reflective elements to enhance safety in low-light conditions. The tongue, which has been improved, is now attached on one side only, allowing for a better fit and improved stability during runs. A standout feature of all Hoka running shoes is the Meta-Rocker sole geometry, which enables a smooth and natural transition of energy from heel to toe.
