The Technica Mach1 HV 120 is a high-performance ski boot designed for advanced to expert level skiers with high-volume feet who are looking for a boot with all-mountain performance, a comfortable but precise fit and a high level of customization. Grounded in the fundamentals of high-performance ski boot design, the HV 120 features T-Drive technology which is a revolutionary shell to cuff connection that allows the boot to function in a much more efficient way. This results in a smoother more consistent flex, better performance and less energy required to ski at a high level. When you add the Asymmetrical Power Transmission shell and cuff design to the equation you get a precise feeling boot that is completely at home in any type of terrain or snow condition. Personalized fit is priority number one in the HV 120 and Custom Adaptive Shape C.A.S. technology is the way to achieve it. Developed with an anatomically shaped shell and liner, the C.A.S. technology provides a great fit right out of the box but allows the boots to be fully customized if needed. C.A.S. Shell technology is anatomically shaped and marries perfectly with the liners. The dimples on the shell serve as a roadmap for problem-fit areas and are easy to customize if needed. The anatomical shape provides a great out-of-the-box fit with the ability to be easily customized for problem fit areas. This is achieved with the following customization techniques: PUNCHING (increase material - Polyether material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas) and GRINDING (increase volume - The shell can be grindable in problem fit areas). Better fit equals comfort, warmth, and performance!

- Custom Adaptive Shape (C.A.S.) shell is anatomically shaped and marries perfectly with the liners. The dimples on the shell serve as a roadmap for problem-fit areas and are easy to customize if needed.
- Custom Adaptive Shape (C.A.S.) Performance liner utilizes a microcell material that is pre-shaped to the anatomy of the foot. The microcell is also easy to customize and has a low pack-out rate over time. C.A.S. Ultrafit Pro liner constructed using different layers. which allow various combinations of materials, densities, and thicknesses to adapt to different foot morphologies. UltraFit pro liner offers a precise and comfortable fit, thanks to the 3D EVA ankle protector rubber padding and tongue, Thermoformable with hot air.
- The T-Drive Technology with a dynamic carbon connector creates a stronger and more effective connection between the cuff and the shell, that supports the boot flex and avoids plastic deformation. This means reduced energy dissipation and a more efficient power transmission, quicker edge to edge transitions, increased lateral power and stability, edge drive precision.
- Quick instep polyester shell features a softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot.
- Lift Lock Buckles - The innovative Lift Lock mechanism holds the buckle away from the boot. A flick of the lever releases the buckle when you are ready to buckle up.
- Celliant® liner is powered by 13 thermoreactive minerals that convert body heat into infrared energy. Infrared penetrates deep into the tissue to increase circulation, oxygen and blood flow. This results in improved warmth, performance, thermal regulation and faster recovery. Lambswool offers additional insulation.
