As the lightest and narrowest ski in the Ripstick Tour collection, it strikes the perfect balance between efficient uphill performance and reliable downhill power – from your first touring experiences to long, demanding backcountry adventures. At the heart of the ski lies the Tubelite Woodcore – a lightweight wood core reinforced with carbon tubes, complemented by Carbon Bridge technology that reduces vibrations and enhances responsiveness. The result is a light yet strong ski that provides secure grip on ascents and stability on descents. The ski is further reinforced with carbon reinforcement running across the entire surface for improved torsional stability, and a titanal plate under the bindings for safe and durable mounting. Designed to be light and fast on the climb while remaining stable and strong on the descent, the Ripstick Tour 88 is a perfect companion for your alpine adventures.
The skis come with Elan Ripstick Tour 88 climbing skins (manufactured by Pomoca®), offering reliable grip and excellent glide.

- Amphibio Profile – a unique, revolutionary innovation combining rocker and camber in specially designed left and right skis. Camber on the inside edge ensures precision, excellent grip, and stability, while rocker on the outside edge provides greater forgiveness, smoother transitions, and effortless turns in soft snow.
- Tubelite Woodcore – a laminated wood core reinforced with two extremely light hollow carbon tubes following the ski’s sidecut. This construction provides exceptional torsional stability, responsiveness, and low weight for optimal performance.
