The Gea utilizes Pebax Rnew: a sustainable, plant-based material that is planet-friendly - Pebax® R-New with Carbon Core offers high torsional and longitudinal rigidity for greater precision and control. The HRS strap keeps your heel planted where it should be to increase performance and comfort on the way up and down while the lower Wave Closure system provides the same security as a 2-buckle system at a fraction of the weight. The glove-friendly Finger Strap features RECCO® for increased avalanche searchability. The thermo-formable inner boot offers the best foot customization allowing great comfort and performance in any ski trip.

• Web frame Carbon design - Specific sunburst design on the heel area that alternates different thicknesses of the shell’s walls. This design offers enough support in the key area of the boot – where the forces are stronger – while saving weight where the thickness is not crucial
• Speed Lock XT - The ski/walk mechanism is easy to unlock and lock, thanks to the spring that improves the functionality of the lever. The system is enhanced by the Friction Free technology, in fact, there isn’t any connecting rod between the shell and cuff, which allows a “friction-free” movement during the walking phase
• Air Ventilation - Ventilation areas on the cuff, laminated with Outdry® technology. This combination of design and layers allows the air to circulate while keeping the liner dry at all times
• Wave closure system - made exclusively for SCARPA®. The Wave delivers two buckles security without the weight penalty. A single instep buckle works in conjunction with an equalized cable to provide a uniform and secure shell closure, resulting in unparalleled fit and performance
• HRS Strap - The particular design “EVO V-FRAME” of the cuff stiffens the rear part, by increasing the transmission of force in the movement of forwarding flexion of the leg
• Quick Step-In - Allows the positioning and attachment of the boot easily and securely. The lateral grooves allow for smooth and quick insertion
• Scarpa® Finger Strap which allows easy opening and closing of the power strap even when wearing gloves
• Safety strap anchor - to easily leash your skis to your boots when you don't use the brakes

• Scarpa Cross fit Intuition Pro Flex G WMN fully heat-moldable liner, made from Ultralon® Foam and designed to create the best possible custom fit on the market. Thanks to double pull tabs, sliding lycra and 3D mesh lining, tongue front reinforcement, cuff reinforcement, rear flex point, anatomical heel padding, bottom sole, and flat external stitching you will be able to modify the liner to your needs
