Castelli Competizione 2 Bibshorts are designed for cyclists who want reliable gear for every ride. The idea behind this model was simple – bring technology from Castelli’s race shorts into a model that is more accessible, while still delivering excellent comfort and performance. Most of the shorts are made from Vortex fabric, whose lightly textured structure supports the muscles and helps maintain stability while pedaling. The shorts fit the body perfectly, thanks to Castelli’s extensive experience in cycling apparel design. Comfort during the ride is provided by the KISS Air2 seat pad, which offers great cushioning and support even on longer rides. The leg endings are wide and stretchy and include silicone grip that keeps the shorts securely in place without uncomfortable pressure. The bib straps have also been updated, featuring a mesh back panel for improved breathability, while the elastic material ensures comfort even after hours in the saddle.
