The Parachute MCR is one of the lightest full-face helmets in the world certified to American ASTM standards, the only authority which certifies full-face bicycle helmets. They engineered the chin bar to reach the optimal balance of stiffness and energy dissipation to give you confidence when wearing the all-new Parachute MCR.

Magnetic chinbar quickly converts from full to an open-face helmet and back. Adjustable and flexible injected visor adapts to the shell of the helmet. This features help to manage extra rotational forces transferred to your neck in a crash and allows storage of goggles and sunglasses. Washable and removable cheek-pads comes with two sizes to help you find the perfect fit and comfort. A precise and adaptable fit delivers the BOA FIT SYSTEM with its incremental adjustment. It offers 3 positions for vertical adjustment. The belt runs 360° around the head to avoid any pressure points, optimizing comfort. With MIPS-C2 protection system solution separates the shell and the liner with a thin plastic Low Friction Layer. This Layer is attached with 4 rubber elastomers and allows the helmet to slide relative to the head in the case of a crash, redirecting damaging rotational motion. Well ventilated helmet, with 21 vents and their MET engineered internal air channeling work in synergy with the breathable chin bar to maximize airflow at low and high speed.

    Iskali smo čelado za mlajšega otroka, ker mu nobena ni bila ok. Ta čelada pa mu je kot ulita. Super, ker se "nagobčnik" sname in jo lahko uporablja tako pri normalni vožnji, kot na pumptracku in na trailih. Še sam bi imel takšno...

    Udobna čelada oz hibrid, v primeru da je spust zahteven se doda spodnji del, drugače primerno za vsakodnevno uporabo. Čelada je zračna in lahka tako da jo priporočam. Nekoliko je nerodeno, če jo hkrati s spodnjim delom namestite na glavo (lažje bo če zadevo izvedete v dveh korakih, je enostavno zaradi magnetnega zaklopa).

    Čelada je super, zgleda robustno in ima vse certifikate. Vsekakor se počutim varneje pri spustih. Pri običajni vožnji gsm sprednji del v ruzak, kar je super. Upam, da jo v praksi ne bom nikoli rabil.

    Odlična čelada, v vročini ni vroče v njej ko goniš v hrib, na vrhu hriba jo pa sestaviš v enduro čelado, ki nudi polno zaščito obraza. Tudi sončna očala ne motijo. Ni poceni, je pa zelo dobra in vredna denarja.

    Odlična čelada, da imaš odstranjen nagobčnik, ko goniš gor in ga hitro natakneš pred spustom. Dovolj lahka in predvsem zračna. Odličen BOA sistem zategovanje ter Fidlock zaponka. Nagobčnik se z malce vaje enostavno natakne in odstrani; upam, da bo tako delovalo tudi na daljši rok. Deluje zelo trdno, je udobna in nikjer ne žuli, če nosiš očala. Pri mojem (bolj okroglem) obrazu so podložke debeline 30mm predebele in sem jih zamenjal z 20mm, ki so ravno prav. Rahlo je moteče, da pri desnem ušesu pri miganju glave nekaj rahlo ropota, a moraš biti res pozoren, da to slišiš.

    Zelo lahka in udobna čelada s snemljivim spodnjim delom. Obstajajo sicer bolj enostavni sistemi za snemanje in pritrditev spodnjega dela vendar so dali pri MET-u tu očitno prednost varnosti. Navduši tudi izgled.

    Zelo dobra čelada.
    Sprva sem se bal, da bo zelo nerodna, ampak je lahka in udobna.
    Spodnjega ščitnika še nisem uporabljal v praksi,, ampak "na suho" se zdi precej enostaven, tudi z nameščenimi rokavicami.
