Specialized focuses on aerodynamics where it truly matters. The new Speed Sniffer nose cone optimizes airflow, while the refined head tube shape reduces drag. The Tarmac SL8 also features the narrowest and most aerodynamic seat post on the market, fully compliant with UCI regulations. The Fact 10r carbon frame, weighing only 685 grams, is 15% lighter than its predecessor, the SL7, making it one of the lightest frames in professional cycling. Engineers have enhanced load transfer, improving stiffness while reducing unnecessary carbon layers. The result is an incredibly lightweight bike with top-tier performance. With an improved stiffness-to-weight ratio of 33% compared to the SL7, the Tarmac SL8 delivers aggressive responsiveness, precise handling, and unmatched comfort. The Tarmac SL8 Expert blends performance, comfort, and smooth operation. It comes equipped with the SRAM Rival eTap AXS groupset for quick and precise shifting, along with Roval C38 carbon wheels. The SRAM Rival eTap AXS hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping power in all conditions, while the ergonomic handlebars and saddle offer maximum comfort even on the longest rides.
