There are still situations in tristhlon in which a traditional sleeveless top like Castelli Speed 3 can make a lot of sense - it can be more comfortable on the run and feel cooler with better freedom of movement. Most runners compete in (sleeveless) singlets for a reason. The top has two generous pockets for whatever you need to carry. It has SnapLock fasteners that clip onto Castelli shorts to prevent the top from riding up during the swim and to keep coverage of the lower back on the bike — then you unclip for added comfort during the run. The YKK® zipper makes adjusting the ventilation easier than ever. Coming back to the run (and swim), Castelli has taken extra care around the armhole to make it lie flat for speed yet remain soft to prevent chafing.
