The main insulation is 1000-fill goose down, the highest level of down used by Arc’teryx, which means it delivers incredible warmth at an ultra-low weight. In areas where moisture can build up (like under the arms), it uses Coreloft synthetic insulation, which stays warm even when slightly damp, so the down won’t collapse or lose loft. The shell is made from an improved, ultralight nylon fabric that resists abrasion, and the FC0 DWR coating repels moisture without using PFAS chemicals. This isn’t a jacket for high-output activity – it’s built for maximum warmth when you stop moving, exactly when you need it most.
