The main Fortius™ Air 20 fabric is extremely air-permeable and impressively durable – in abrasion tests, it proved to be up to 60 times more durable than the industry standard. The reliable Coreloft™ insulation offers an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio (low weight, high thermal efficiency). In addition to top-notch insulation, Coreloft is also highly compressible, so you can easily pack the jacket into your backpack or a larger pocket. The advanced technical materials provide a perfect balance of protection against wind, water, and other elements while allowing for great breathability and regulation of your body temperature. This self-regulating ability prevents moisture buildup and ensures that the Proton LT delivers outstanding comfort across a wide temperature range and in changing weather conditions. A tailored fit enhances mobility and provides unrestricted movement, even when layered. A durable DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating adds water resistance, making the jacket suitable as a standalone outer layer.
