With the smart and lightweight Garmin Index Sleep Monitor band, you get a comprehensive view of your physical fitness and recovery. The band tracks the quality of your sleep and is comfortable to wear. It measures sleep results, sleep stages, heart rate variability, and much more to help you better understand how your body recovers.

You wear the band on your forearm, and all data automatically syncs with the Garmin Connect app on your phone. If you use a Garmin smartwatch during the day or a heart rate monitor during workouts, the data merges to give you a complete overview of your health and fitness. Additionally, the feature that monitors breathing during sleep using a pulse oximeter helps you understand your breathing patterns. If you don’t wear a compatible smartwatch at night, the band fills in the missing data for better insight into sleep, recovery, and training readiness. Based on skin temperature, the band also helps women track their menstrual cycle with more accurate predictions of menstruation and ovulation. In the Garmin Connect app, you can also track your menstrual cycle or pregnancy and receive helpful advice on training and nutrition.
