It is as agile as a trail-running shoe but with all the stability, grip and waterproof protection you need to tackle technical terrain. Equipped with a new chassis, the shoe is even better at protecting sensitive articulations without compromising freedom of movement. It features GORE-TEX® Performance Comfort Footwear technology to ensure breathable, waterproof protection from the elements. The mid-cut is the perfect height for ankle stability, and the gusseted tongue helps keep debris out. The protective rubber toe cap guards against abrasion. Inside, the SENSIFIT system secures your foot in a precise yet comfortable position, while an external heel counter locks the foot into place so there is no unexpected slippage. The breathable fabric lining and removable OrthoLite® footbed make this technical shoe comfortable from the first wear, while an ADV-C Chassis provides extra stability while also keeping the front of the shoe flexible for a more fluid ride.

- Ortholite® sockliner combines a specific ortholite® foam and an eva heel cup. Ortholite® foam creates a cooler, drier, healthier, better cushioned environment under the foot. It will not break down or lose effectiveness over time. Recycled tire content to protect the environment. Eva heel cups allows for a better heel support and added cushioning.
- Protective rubber toe cap is the right solution for the toe protection in mountain and trail environments

To so moji že drugi X Ultra 4 Mid GTX čevlji. Prejšnje (isti model) sem uporabljala dobrih 5 let in enkrat sem bom res morala posloviti od njih.. a nekaj časa bodo še v kleti, poleg teh ta novih ;)
Lahki, udobni, z dobrim oprijemom, trpežni, na moje malo širše žensko stopalo sedejo kot uliti. Običajno nosim obutev v velikosti 40, pri Salomonu vedno vzamem št. 40 in 2/3. TOP!
Tako kot pri mojem prvem paru, se tudi pri ta novih vezalke še vedno odvezujejo, a to se reši s preprosto dvojno "mašnico". Priporočam! -
