Product description
A breath of modernity has arrived to enrich the orb freebird, a ski which shouldn't be missed.
Without demeaning its safe and versatile character on which its reputation has been built , it benefits from a general reduction in weight while maintaining an excellent skiability. Weight gain due to redressing the ABS and the refinement of the rocker lift offering it a better base and even better hold. It is also fitted with a titanal plate underfoot which increases the drill depth so as to adapt to the new hybrid bindings.

- Freebird gene 2 core, with Torsion box construction ideal for wider skis
- Paulownia and poplar wood core covered with three and two directional fiberglass and carbon laminate reinforcements, which ensures optimal weight reduction while maintaining a lively downhill feel
- ABS Sidewalls, which add durability and shock absorption across all snow and terrain
- Early Rise Tail shape with long, flat, progressive rising tail producing a very light rocker profile. Increases pivot in the tail when flat while producing the power and carving ability of a flat tail on edge
- Single beak and a half with progressive rocker in the tip for better float in deeper snow
- Titanal reinforcement under the bindings for better hold
- Camber underfoot for a better grip of harder snow
- Raised and rounded square tail, with light rocker, adds play in soft snow while retaining its classic alpine behaviour on harder snow
- Durable Semi Cap construction that retains the edge power of sidewall construction while limiting chipping of the topsheet at the tip and tail of the ski
- Mechanically die-cut base that is assembled by hand for ultimate precision. Stone ground 34 times for a smooth, fast ride
