The ABS A.Light Tour Easy.Tech is a backcountry ski touring backpack with roll-top. It gives you a generous 25-30 liter volume to take all you need on a ski tour. Thanks to the L-shaped zipper, lower-lying luggage is still easily accessible. The Twin-Aribag system with two airbags offer double safety in an emergency: thanks to the patented EASY.TECH® Bowden cable system for a mechanical release, two independent airbags with a total volume of 150 liters are inflated when triggered. The twin airbags are aligned with the body's center of gravity - a clear advantage over a monobag. The very wide contact surface of the airbags on both sides of the rucksack increases the surface area and optimizes the position in the snow masses in the event of an avalanche in order to reach the surface as quickly as possible. If one airbag is damaged during an avalanche, the second one acts as a reserve. Steel or carbon cartridges can be used to fill the airbags (these are not included). Practical: The avalanche backpack with the EASY.TECH system has a tool-free tightening option for training purposes. Simply flip the lever and the system can be activated again and again. The leg loop on the airbag prevents the ABS backpack from being pulled over the head or off the body in the event of an avalanche.
The zip-on of the A.Light Tour backpack has an easily accessible safety compartment for shovel, probe and first aid kit. Flexible attachment options secure additional equipment such as skis, ice axe or helmet. Thanks to its variable zip-on system for different sized ABS pack sacks, the ABS A.Light Tour Easy.Tech can also be used for shorter or longer backcountry tours. The ergonomically shaped body-contact back offers the best possible comfort when climbing in open terrain. The durable material and well thought-out features make this ABS backpack a reliable and often life-saving ski touring companion in an emergency.
