Spark R&D T1 Step Locker in a great splitboarding accessory. The option to lock your heel while touring helps you better adapt to diverse terrain types where quick descents, side stepping, and skate-splitting become more effective means of backcountry travel. Spark's Step Lock design makes it easier than ever, with the ability to rotate the lever to the locked position, then simply step down to lock the heel. The heel stays securely locked in place until you rotate the lever to the unlocked position.

    Rating:

    Priročna rešitev za krajše in manj strme spustne ali prečenja. Nekih resnih spustov, se na ta način ne bi loteval. Montaža je enostavna, je pa fino na prvi turi/testu optimalno naštimati vzvodno ročico, saj gre drugače kar na trdo.

    Zatič sem namestil na Spark R&D Surge vezi in že v startu sem zelo težko premikal vzvod za fiksiranje vezi (verjetno bo potrebno nastavek malo zbrusiti).
    Ob prvi uporabi se mi je desni zatič zlomil, čeprav ni šlo za veliko obremenitev (krajši spust po položnem terenu). Verjetno je bila kriva napaka v materialu, vendar je zatič zdaj neuporaben, nadomestnega dela pa na spletu nisem našel.
    Ideja je sicer dobra, izvedba pa žal nekoliko manj.
