The I-Spec-B shifter cover will allow you to update your non-I-Spec M780 XT shifters with I-Spec B compatibility. I-Spec is an integrated mounting system for brake and shifting levers. It just needs one bracket which saves space, provides a cleaner optic and saves weight. The SM-SL78B is an adaptor for mounting the shifting lever directly at the brake lever. In addition it is possible to make the shifting levers with old I-Spec socket (till 2013) compatible with the new I-Spec brake levers (from 2014 with new socket and a "B" in the name).
