Black Diamond Storm is a rugged, fully-sealed waterproof and dustproof headlamp built for a technical consumer who expects all-around performance and features out of their headlamp but still values a small size and compact package. Now it is here in it's rechargable version = Storm-R!

The Black Diamond Storm-R Headlamp now features 500 lumens of power, more compact housing and three different colored night vision modes. The interface includes a secondary switch for easy mode selection. In addition, the updated optical efficiency not only provides brighter light, but also saves battery life that you can now easily track with a six-setting, three-LED battery meter. The lighting profile offers improved peripheral lighting for close-range activities like cooking, reading or sorting gear, and the Storm also features the Brightness Memory, which allows you to turn the light on and off at a chosen brightness without reverting back to full power. 6 different lighting modes allow for fully custom lighting in any situation, and PowerTap Technology makes for instant brightness adjustments. For all who don't like to change batteries, the headlight features rechargeable integrated 2400 mAh Li-ion battery with micro-USB charge port.
