The HRM-Fit heart rate monitor, specially designed for women, captures important parameters with a comfortable design featuring two buckles that easily and comfortably attach to sports bras with medium or strong support. This allows you to move and exert yourself freely, as the HRM-Fit monitor always stays in place. The HRM-Fit sends real-time accurate heart rate and performance data to compatible ANT+ or Bluetooth devices. It records accurate heart rate data during various activities, including running, indoor and outdoor cycling, strength training, HIIT workouts, group exercise, and many other activities. During workouts like strength training and HIIT, you can start and stop the activity on a compatible Garmin smartwatch. Even if you remove the watch and leave it out of range, the HRM-Fit stores data and then sends it to the watch when you save the activity. If you're not wearing the watch, the heart rate monitor captures steps, calories burned, intensity minutes, and all-day heart rate. It also allows for updating all your Garmin devices via the Garmin Connect™ smartphone app. Don't worry about running out of power. The battery in the HRM-Fit™ ensures power for up to one year.
