Black Diamond Expedition 3 are versatile, adjustable poles designed for year-round use, offering compact packability, reliable adjustability, and smart features that truly matter in demanding winter terrain. They’ll support you on splitboarding or ski touring missions in winter and spring, while in summer the same poles become your go-to companion on hikes and mountain adventures. The three-section aluminium construction with the Dual FlickLock® length-adjustment system lets you adapt the poles quickly and securely to any situation. The newly redesigned extended EVA foam grip provides comfort and multiple hand positions on changing slopes, and the flat top of the handle makes it easy to remove snow and ice from your board/skis. The poles also include a rubber “hook” for fast binding adjustments and powder baskets. Expedition 3 is a robust pole built for every mountain objective.
